About

A Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) is a steel building that has been pre-engineered and pre-fabricated in a controlled factory environment. The components are then assembled into a kit that will be delivered to the job site to be erected according to the enclosed blueprints.

Weather Tightness Warranty – A warranty that is a guaranteed from the roofing manufacturer and installer that insures that a roof on a commercial structure will remain weather tight for the duration of said warranty is a Weather TIghtness Warranty.

Work With Us

Through our many years in business, we have worked with many contractors and clients to bring their ideas and designs to reality. Here are some of the ways that we can work with our clients.


Erect - Contractors can work with Northeast Erectors is to hire us to erect a building. A general contractor will bring the prints for us, and has already ordered the building, or will be ordering the building. From there, Northeast Erectors will set up a date and timeline of completetion for the build.

Consult & Erect - A general contractor that has blueprints already created or delivered by their customer of the build they would like to complete can come to us, and we will take a deep, in depth review of the prints, and see if there ar any issues that we can spot that may hinder the funtion or structural integrity of the building. We will work directly with the architect, and insure that the blueprints are in a good-looking state. Once completed, the general contractor may order the building, and Northeast Erectors will set up a date and timeline of completion for the build.


Supply & Erect - You can simply come to Northeast Erectors, and we will work with you to make the blueprints, review the design in depth. Once completed, the general building may be ordered, and Northeast Erectors will set up a date and timeline of completion for the build. With this method, Northeast Erectors will be assuming the entire risk of the project, and will be in charge of each aspect of the process.
